Memo 001: Meet the Assistant.

A. Action for 1337 Benny Road.

[The first thing Miss Pauling notes when she opens her eyes is how bright the bedroom is. She shuts her eyes tightly, having not yet readjusted to the light. However, when she opens them up again, she immediately notes something else.

The walls around her weren't coloured purple.

Confused, she reaches for her glasses at the bedside table, only to note that they weren't her usual optic wear either. They were just the wrong shape.]

That's strange, where are my glasses...?

[Her hands fumbled around for her familiar pair of spectacles, until she accidentally knocked over the lamp with a resounding smash.]

Ooops.

B. Phone

Hello? Is there anyone there? I...I think I've been kidnapped!

Zhings like poisonous milk and giving us zhe drive to kill as many people as possible. Zhey can affect our memories and zhe way we act. I 'ave not been 'ere zhat long, I am certain zhere are much more - and possibly, much worse - zhings zhat 'ave 'appened 'ere.

I think I do. According to what others have told me, I'm apparently his "wife" here in Mayfield. I mean, his fake wife, while we're stuck here.

[He waits for a goodbye on her end before hanging up. He yells something in the house about leaving, certain that Pyro will meet Pauling sooner or later, before he departs.

All dressed up in his uniform so she can recognize him, Spy knocks on the familiar door of 1337 Benny Road.]

(She's really relieved to see him in his uniform actually. She'd just prepared some simple breakfast for her drone kids, seeing as she'd nothing to do, and it was really quite scary how the how place was set up as if she'd lived her entire life in Mayfield before.)

Yes, actually. I'd like to know about the rest of the RED team, and the BLU team, if possible. How has everyone else been faring here, have there been any changes in behavior, what they are up to, and so on.

I am afraid I 'ave not been doing my job as well as I should. I 'ave been pursuing ozzer zhings in zhe time I 'ave been 'ere, so I am not as up to date as I should be.

I can give you information about bozh Pyros, your "'usband", and a bit on zhe ozzer BLU members, Medic, Scout, and Spy.
